  1. The cashback offer is provided by Move Residential and is only available to customers who use Move Residential’s services for the sale of their home, Move Financial for their mortgage, and KMC Legal for their conveyancing.
  2. Cashback is only payable upon completion of the transaction.
  3. The cashback offer is only applicable to one individual and is not available to anyone else living at the same address or involved on the seller’s side of the transaction.
  4. The cashback offer is valid until it is withdrawn or altered by Move Residential, without advance notice.
  5. The cashback offer is payable in increments of £100 based on how many services the customer uses. If they use Move Residential for the sale of their home, they will receive £100 in cashback which will be deducted from their final bill or if the account has already been settled, will be payable via bank transfer within 90 days of the transaction completing and the final bill being settled. A further amount of an additional £200 cashback may be redeemed – bringing to total value up to £300 if the customer is successfully referred to and instructs and completes a transaction with Move Residentials appointed third-party services. These include instructing Move Residentials appointed mortgage broker to act on their behalf for both mortgage-related financial services and KMC Legal for their conveyancing needs in relation to the sale of the property with which they have instructed Move Residential. The cashback for these third-party referral services is broken down as such; If Move Financial is used for mortgage-related services where a new mortgage has been taken out within 30 days of the completion of the property sale with the assistance of Move Financial acting as a mortgage broker, following a successful referral the customer will be entitled to an additional £100 cashback.   6. This promotional offer may only be redeemed once during the promotional period by an individual and said individual will not be entitled to any subsequent amounts outside of those stated in section 5 of these terms and conditions if they have met the requirements laid out within these terms and conditions.
  7. The cashback will be paid to the customer by Move Residential after the completion of the relevant transaction and is subject to the customer meeting all the terms and conditions of this offer.
  8. Move Residential reserves the right to refuse cashback without reason.
  9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer provided by Move Residential.
  10. This offer is only available for residential property transactions.
  11. The cashback offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
