5. The cashback offer is payable in increments of £100 based on how many services the customer uses. If they use Move Residential for the sale of their home, they will receive £100 in cashback which will be deducted from their final bill or if the account has already been settled, will be payable via bank transfer within 90 days of the transaction completing and the final bill being settled. A further amount of an additional £200 cashback may be redeemed – bringing to total value up to £300 if the customer is successfully referred to and instructs and completes a transaction with Move Residentials appointed third-party services. These include instructing Move Residentials appointed mortgage broker to act on their behalf for both mortgage-related financial services and KMC Legal for their conveyancing needs in relation to the sale of the property with which they have instructed Move Residential. 6.
