We employ 8 dedicated Sales Negotiators who are solely responsible for proactively generating viewings, negotiating offers and servicing our clients.

Our Negotiators are truly driven by results, the most important one being to sell your property for the best possible price in the shortest possible time.

Each member of staff is chosen for their passion for property and their ability to sell.  They are highly motivated and take pride in their work and in the company.

They are each trained to identify, act on and follow up on every opportunity and are individually targeted on areas key to selling success including number of Viewings, Offers and Sales achieved.

They have regular one to one appraisal meetings with the Directors to ensure they remain focused and receive any additional assistance they may need.

They are rewarded financially for each completed sale they are responsible for, with additional incentives including ‘Sales Negotiator of the Month’ awards to encourage good performance and that extra level of customer service.

The key members of the Move Residential Team have worked together for many years and know that their strength lies in the combination of their individual abilities.

We believe in a focused approach to each stage of the selling process so our Valuation, Administration, Viewing and Sales Progression Teams each play a clearly defined and crucial role in the overall result.
