Our own property publication

Move Residential are the only agent to continue to promote their properties door to door and we have had to create our own publication to do so.

We’ve always believed in the power of press advertising and the importance of marketing properties right into people’s homes, so, at the start of 2012 when the local free newspapers stopped delivering door to door we acted straight away.

We recognised that this would have an immediate impact on the amount of exposure given to our clients’ properties so we decided to create our own fortnightly publication in order to showcase our property portfolio.

At no charge to vendors whose properties feature, this publication is now delivered door to door to 26,000 homes within the South Liverpool area.

Gratifyingly, the response from buyers and sellers alike has been overwhelming so we know the decision was the right one and that the extra work involved is more than worth it.
